Would I recommend Phone Homes – 100% yes. We were looking to invest in an established home until we were contacted by Phone Homes. Ben patiently explained the benefits of building a new home as opposed to buying an existing one and we signed up that night! The process has been amazing; the way the team navigated the unexpected COVID-related lockdowns and other COVID- related obstacles to minimise delays is a credit to them all! We encountered severe weather events, building material shortages and delays, limited availability of tradesmen due to many of them chasing government grants for home renovators v building new homes and the list goes on.
