These guys contacted us 5 years ago. We were not in a position to do anything, so we asked them to call back in a few years. They did. We had been considering various investment options, and their timing was impeccable. Always wary about such contacts, we looked at the presentation. What was shown aligned with our objectives. We decided to take the risk and jump on board. The approval process was great. The Phone Homes team maintained good communication, keeping us informed along each step of the process. Once approved, it was simply a matter of waiting. After a few months we were contacted and informed of a property available in Queensland. We decided to purchase, and that is when things really started moving. The speed and efficiency that everything was organised was incredible. Within 30 days (including 4 public holidays) we were the owners of a new investment property. Kudos to the Phone Home team. Without their assistance we wouldn’t be where we are now.

Ben patiently explained the benefits of building a new home as opposed to buying an existing one and we signed up that night! The process has been amazing; the way the team navigated the unexpected COVID-related lockdowns and other COVID- related obstacles to minimise delays is a credit to them all! We encountered severe weather events, building material shortages and delays, limited availability of tradesmen due to many of them chasing government grants for home renovators v building new homes and the list goes on.
