Phone Homes are ‘next level’. You get a call from Ben who ‘runs the show’ and at first you become apprehensive, until he explains the process. We have worked hard for 30+ years, ready to retire in the next 10-15 years, wondering how we will do this. Ben and his team ‘click in’ and within a year we have purchased 2 properties. My wife and I are incredibly happy, having received our first rental payment in the bank. We can already see how our own home loan will benefit from our new positively geared investment. We had little understanding of how to go about investing in property, and while there was a lot of information out there, having Ben, Jackson and the PhoneHomes team take us through it step by step was wonderful. They lined up all the right people to speak to and worked with all the parties required (finance, conveyancing, property managers etc) to ensure a smooth route to a complete turn-key package solution. Weā€™ve been wanting to purchase an investment property for some time before a member from Phone homes called one day out of the blue. We were asked to listen to a Presentation with Ben to give us an insight into how Phone Homes can help us to achieve one our biggest goals in life, to finally own our own investment property and give us the financial security we were after. Once the process began, the team from Phone Homes made the whole process look easy. From our first appointment with Amelia gathering all our financial and other relevant information, to having Pamela put us in a better financial position ready for the investment property. It wasnā€™t long before we finally got the call from Jackson that a suitable and very promising property had been found for us in SA. 12mths on and weā€™ve now finally secured our property, not to mention the efforts Ben went to make this all happen. I couldnā€™t begin to think what he had to do to secure the price we were given 12mths prior and to get all of this over the line. The experience was really good and there may be cheaper ways of doing this, but the help they provide from finding a property all the way to renting it out has been excellent.
