Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to PhoneHomes in securing our very fist Investment Property! We recently completed our first experience with PhoneHomes and while not perfect overall due to lengthy and continual delays in construction and site management through COVID, and the resourcing and materials issues that presented, Ben, Amelia and the team did the best they could in very trying circumstances for everyone. The time from sign up to property handover, ended up being around 2.5 years but they provided monthly updates, listened and understood our position whenever we needed to talk about the issues happening and always went out of their way to lessen the impacts on us when they were able to. Customer service was exemplary, they were accessible, returned calls and emails when they said they would, and managed the situation very well. So, although the entire project definitely had shortcomings, PhoneHomes did a great job and we would use them again.

Phone homes are a great team they are Ben,Jackson and Amelia also Pamela. They used the equity from my super fund to purchase property, Everything was handled by them. Even though it was a stressful process with settlement at the end of December, they sorted everything and re a-sured me though out the process making themselves available seemed like anytime. Geez, What a team to take on your financial future.We are 52-56. We commenced our journey with Phone Homes approximately 12 months ago. We have worked for over 35 years together with still owing a mortgage and wondering how we are going to progress into retirement. We have always wanted to get into the property market, but put our kids first. Since Ben and his amazing team have come on board, within 12 months, we are looking into buying our 3rd investment property. At first you are apprehensive with your first property, however you get to know the professionalism and knowledge that this team have in purchasing property, it’s a ‘no brainer’. We are looking at purchasing our third property and a closer date to a secure retirement. We don’t need to do anything further as we make money whilst we sleep and not work.
