We have just completed our first investment purchase with Phone Homes; we found the process challenging at times, however the team worked tirelessly to ensure a positive result. I would not suggest purchasing a property at Christmas time with reduced settlement as it creates additional challenges that you may not need during this time of year. Phone Homes are ‘next level’. You get a call from Ben who ‘runs the show’ and at first you become apprehensive, until he explains the process. We have worked hard for 30+ years, ready to retire in the next 10-15 years, wondering how we will do this. Ben and his team ‘click in’ and within a year we have purchased 2 properties. Geez, What a team to take on your financial future.We are 52-56. We commenced our journey with Phone Homes approximately 12 months ago. We have worked for over 35 years together with still owing a mortgage and wondering how we are going to progress into retirement. We have always wanted to get into the property market, but put our kids first. Since Ben and his amazing team have come on board, within 12 months, we are looking into buying our 3rd investment property. At first you are apprehensive with your first property, however you get to know the professionalism and knowledge that this team have in purchasing property, it’s a ‘no brainer’. We are looking at purchasing our third property and a closer date to a secure retirement. We don’t need to do anything further as we make money whilst we sleep and not work. These guys contacted us 5 years ago. We were not in a position to do anything, so we asked them to call back in a few years. They did. We had been considering various investment options, and their timing was impeccable. Always wary about such contacts, we looked at the presentation. What was shown aligned with our objectives. We decided to take the risk and jump on board. The approval process was great. The Phone Homes team maintained good communication, keeping us informed along each step of the process. Once approved, it was simply a matter of waiting. After a few months we were contacted and informed of a property available in Queensland. We decided to purchase, and that is when things really started moving. The speed and efficiency that everything was organised was incredible. Within 30 days (including 4 public holidays) we were the owners of a new investment property. Kudos to the Phone Home team. Without their assistance we wouldn’t be where we are now.

We recently completed our first experience with PhoneHomes and while not perfect overall due to lengthy and continual delays in construction and site management through COVID, and the resourcing and materials issues that presented, Ben, Amelia and the team did the best they could in very trying circumstances for everyone. The time from sign up to property handover, ended up being around 2.5 years but they provided monthly updates, listened and understood our position whenever we needed to talk about the issues happening and always went out of their way to lessen the impacts on us when they were able to. Customer service was exemplary, they were accessible, returned calls and emails when they said they would, and managed the situation very well. So, although the entire project definitely had shortcomings, PhoneHomes did a great job and we would use them again.
