PhoneHomes – This is a company that provide a Unique service for people that need help with property investments. Alot of people struggle for a variety reasons why they fall by the wayside in trying to purchase an investment property, some examples; inability to locate positive geared property, purchased negative geared property in areas with no substantial organic growth (Note: I was one of these people, yes I tried but didn’t achieve my Goal) or bought a property with the intention to renovate but due to time & knowledge factors the end goal was never achieved. This is where PhoneHomes shine, I was sceptical at first but after mths of procrastination I decided to make contact & setup a mtg with Ben who convinced me that it was the right decision & yes I wish I had committed 12 – 18mths earlier. Their processes are simple but efficient when sourcing the properties, they have an exhaustive property buying checklist where at least 90% of the criteria must be met otherwise they walk away, its all about the figures with no emotional attachment. If the figures stack up like ie rental return, low vacancy rates, infrastructure government spending, housing shortages etc. then its an area they will target with confidence. The best part of the PhoneHomes service I found is how professional & friendly they are with their members, they take care in making the whole investment a pleasurable experience by providing a Complete End to End Service. They provide the resources like the Finance people, the Solicitors, you are assigned a dedicated PA & they have an Open door policy that you can contact anytime if you have questions or issues you require answers to, they just hold your hand throughout & you can sit back and relax. Geez, What a team to take on your financial future.We are 52-56. We commenced our journey with Phone Homes approximately 12 months ago. We have worked for over 35 years together with still owing a mortgage and wondering how we are going to progress into retirement. We have always wanted to get into the property market, but put our kids first. Since Ben and his amazing team have come on board, within 12 months, we are looking into buying our 3rd investment property. Would I recommend Phone Homes – 100% yes. These guys contacted us 5 years ago. We were not in a position to do anything, so we asked them to call back in a few years. They did. We had been considering various investment options, and their timing was impeccable. Always wary about such contacts, we looked at the presentation. What was shown aligned with our objectives. We decided to take the risk and jump on board. The approval process was great. The Phone Homes team maintained good communication, keeping us informed along each step of the process. Once approved, it was simply a matter of waiting. After a few months we were contacted and informed of a property available in Queensland. We decided to purchase, and that is when things really started moving. The speed and efficiency that everything was organised was incredible. Phone Homes first contacted us regarding property investment.
