The process has been amazing; the way the team navigated the unexpected COVID-related lockdowns and other COVID- related obstacles to minimise delays is a credit to them all! Geez, What a team to take on your financial future.We are 52-56. We commenced our journey with Phone Homes approximately 12 months ago. We have worked for over 35 years together with still owing a mortgage and wondering how we are going to progress into retirement. We have always wanted to get into the property market, but put our kids first. Since Ben and his amazing team have come on board, within 12 months, we are looking into buying our 3rd investment property. At first you are apprehensive with your first property, however you get to know the professionalism and knowledge that this team have in purchasing property, it’s a ‘no brainer’. We weren’t sure we would be able to fulfil the requirements, although after meeting with Ben and listening to the information, the process and requirements were so much clearer and it was obvious this was a great way to get ahead and an investment property.
