I work away a lot and the thought of owning an investment property and finding someone reputable to manage it, seemed way too difficult and time consuming. We were looking to invest in an established home until we were contacted by Phone Homes. Ben patiently explained the benefits of building a new home as opposed to buying an existing one and we signed up that night! The process has been amazing; the way the team navigated the unexpected COVID-related lockdowns and other COVID- related obstacles to minimise delays is a credit to them all! We encountered severe weather events, building material shortages and delays, limited availability of tradesmen due to many of them chasing government grants for home renovators v building new homes and the list goes on. In spite of all the things that were beyond their control, Ben, Jackson, Amelia and Co. maintained a professional and calm response and steered us through to an awesome outcome!
