Phone Homes first contacted us regarding property investment and though it was something that we had talked about doing we just thought it was all too hard. But after meeting with Ben and after hearing what he had to say we decided we wanted to know more. We signed up and a property was found for us pretty much straight away things were moving quickly but COVID had other ideas with building delays along the way. But we finally got there we have a brand new house ready to rent. My wife and I are incredibly happy, having received our first rental payment in the bank. We can already see how our own home loan will benefit from our new positively geared investment. We had little understanding of how to go about investing in property, and while there was a lot of information out there, having Ben, Jackson and the PhoneHomes team take us through it step by step was wonderful. Geez, What a team to take on your financial future.We are 52-56. We commenced our journey with Phone Homes approximately 12 months ago. We have worked for over 35 years together with still owing a mortgage and wondering how we are going to progress into retirement. We have always wanted to get into the property market, but put our kids first. Since Ben and his amazing team have come on board, within 12 months, we are looking into buying our 3rd investment property. At first you are apprehensive with your first property, however you get to know the professionalism and knowledge that this team have in purchasing property, it’s a ‘no brainer’.
