We first had contact with Phone Homes in February 2021 and whilst we were nervous about embarking upon any kind property investment, Ben, Amelia and Jackson made it all seem possible for us, so we jumped in! Phone Homes are ‘next level’. You get a call from Ben who ‘runs the show’ and at first you become apprehensive, until he explains the process. We have worked hard for 30+ years, ready to retire in the next 10-15 years, wondering how we will do this. Ben and his team ‘click in’ and within a year we have purchased 2 properties. Within 8 months we are already in front, making a profit. Our second property we brought for $712K and settles today, has been estimated at $775K with a great rental return.HUGE THANKS TO JACKSON. PhoneHomes – This is a company that provide a Unique service for people that need help with property investments. Alot of people struggle for a variety reasons why they fall by the wayside in trying to purchase an investment property, some examples; inability to locate positive geared property, purchased negative geared property in areas with no substantial organic growth (Note: I was one of these people, yes I tried but didn’t achieve my Goal) or bought a property with the intention to renovate but due to time & knowledge factors the end goal was never achieved. This is where PhoneHomes shine, I was sceptical at first but after mths of procrastination I decided to make contact & setup a mtg with Ben who convinced me that it was the right decision & yes I wish I had committed 12 – 18mths earlier. Their processes are simple but efficient when sourcing the properties, they have an exhaustive property buying checklist where at least 90% of the criteria must be met otherwise they walk away, its all about the figures with no emotional attachment. If the figures stack up like ie rental return, low vacancy rates, infrastructure government spending, housing shortages etc. then its an area they will target with confidence. The best part of the PhoneHomes service I found is how professional & friendly they are with their members, they take care in making the whole investment a pleasurable experience by providing a Complete End to End Service. They provide the resources like the Finance people, the Solicitors, you are assigned a dedicated PA & they have an Open door policy that you can contact anytime if you have questions or issues you require answers to, they just hold your hand throughout & you can sit back and relax. I’m like many of PhoneHomes satisfied clients, if you are looking for a No fuss service with all of the Bells & whistles then I thoroughly Recommend these guys. I would not suggest purchasing a property at Christmas time with reduced settlement as it creates additional challenges that you may not need during this time of year. We’ve been wanting to purchase an investment property for some time before a member from Phone homes called one day out of the blue. We were asked to listen to a Presentation with Ben to give us an insight into how Phone Homes can help us to achieve one our biggest goals in life, to finally own our own investment property and give us the financial security we were after. Once the process began, the team from Phone Homes made the whole process look easy. From our first appointment with Amelia gathering all our financial and other relevant information, to having Pamela put us in a better financial position ready for the investment property.
